Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Zolly Kids is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed
